At Tinker, we carefully curate products with quality, intention, and community in mind. We want you to feel confident in your purchase while also honoring the nature of small-batch, consumable, and custom goods.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• All tags and original packaging must be intact

• Proof of purchase is required

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit, at our discretion.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items.

• Exchanges are subject to availability

• If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Food, pantry goods, and consumables

• Opened or used personal care products

• Intimates, leggings, or worn apparel

• Custom, printed, or made-to-order items

• Discounted or clearance items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of purchase.

We will review the issue and provide a replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.

Workshops, Classes & Events

• Registrations are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled event

• Cancellations made prior to that window may be transferred or issued as store credit

Additional Terms

• Tinker reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions

• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

• Returns may be subject to review before approval
